At others we set up partnerships with pen-pals or mentors so that students can practice = writing and conversing or even sharing photographs with co-workers outside of = class. Additionally we try to give supervisors help with writing and speaking = in clear language. I would be interested in hearing anyone else's experiences with these = sorts of activities. What sorts of activities have you found valuable? What barriers have you encountered to setting up such programs? Thank you. Melina L.
