Dear NIFL-workplace subscribers,

The following question was posted to the PA WIN list, and I suggested
that we re-post it to this list for responses and ideas. I have
already suggested that the developer check the NIFL special
collection...

If you have any suggestions to share with this PA WIN program
developer, please post them here. I will forward everything to the PA
WIN list subscribers. Thanks for your assistance!

I will soon be working with a small manufacturing company who is
looking to obtain ISO certification. I will be delivering Foundation
Skills as a prep/foundation prior to actual ISO training
implementation. The skills the training team and I have identified
are: are Understands Process and Product, Demonstrates Quality
Consciousness, Locates and Uses Resources, Makes Decisions, Solves
Problems, and Works in Teams.

Has anyone done a similar training with a manufacturer? Has anyone
done any work with ISO? Any ideas/suggestions where I could look for
curriculum resources that I could use as a framework and customize to
this employer?
