You will have to register if you aren't registered already, but there is no cost. Click on OTAN Resources on the left side menu, then Reference Libraries, then VESL/Workplace Clearinghouse. Go to the Workforce Collection at http://worklink.coe.utk.edu/, choose "workforce instructors" in the right navigation bar, go to the resources under the question "What are some examples of workforce education curricula/lesson plans?" and choose the "Steps to Employment" resource. "Enter" the site, and choose the "steps manuals" button at the top. It will take you to all the areas they have developed curriculum for, and "Food Service Trades & Occupations" is one of the many that you can choose. Please feel free to contact me if you need further help.
