It leads to many implications...on one hand it is nice to provide instructors with background information on adult education, assessments, best practices, etc....BUT it will require more funding to pay teachers higher wages if higher credentials are required. I believe in that, but the money is not there...not in Vermont anyway. It is a difficult situation. WHat do you think?

We do not have such in Vermont, but are having discussions around the 'certification' issue. I will be happy to share as we move forward from discussion.
