1) You can check the National calendar of training events to see a history
of on-going EFF trainings:

2) I believe the Teaching/Learning Toolkit for practitioners is the website
you are referring to. It includes examples of what EFF looks like in the
classroom: http://eff.cls.utk.edu/toolkit/default.htm
