[ContentStandards 134] Re: EFF and states? Toolkit?

Colleagues,

There was a lot of noise, discussion, about EFF over the time it was
under development and first started being used, and it seems to me that
with such a a large effort we should find out how people are using it,
what works and what doesn't work. No time to be bashful. If EFF is a
good tool, then people should know about it so it can be used by more
people, cities, states, etc. And if some pieces don't work so well
than we should know about that, too. On paper, EFF is cumbersome,
can't deny that, so having people describe how they use it is a good
idea, pedagogically.
