Aaron,
Missouri is planning to pilot our new standards this fall.  We have 
volunteer sites that cover both rural and urban and including ESOL. 
Some of the standards, particularly the Read with Understanding 
standard reflect the EFF model.  All standards and indicators were 
written by teachers and passed through a steering committee.
