Greetings all,

We are now mid-week in our discussion with Ronna Spacone from the
Department of Education's Office of Vocational and Adult Education
(OVAE), Division of Adult Education and Literacy (DAEL).  Ronna has
shared with us some of OVAE's recent work in supporting states in the
implementation of standards.  We've also heard about topics such as
validation of standards and a national or common set of standards.
