Do you do it electronically by emails or chatrooms or by newsletters or in person? How often? How many of you are involved, over what kind of region? What kind of support exactly has your local PDC offered? -----Original Message----- From: englishlanguage-bounces at nifl.gov [mailto:englishlanguage-bounces at nifl.gov] On Behalf Of Martin E. I am an adult ESL teacher in Northwest PA, and we created a "support" network for similar teachers from the region. Sometimes we just "debrief" with each other, but we also have outside speakers come in. Our local PA Professional Development Center (PDC) has been very helpful and encouraging. Our idea has spread throughout the state, and we are looking for ways to expand, and also some new ideas to use inside the network. Does anyone know of anything similar in their region? ---------------------------------------------------- National Institute for Literacy Adult English Language Learners mailing list EnglishLanguage at nifl.gov To unsubscribe or change your subscription settings, please go to http://www.nifl.gov/mailman/listinfo/englishlanguage ---------------------------------------------------- National Institute for Literacy Adult English Language Learners mailing list EnglishLanguage at nifl.gov To unsubscribe or change your subscription settings, please go to http://www.nifl.gov/mailman/listinfo/englishlanguage
