Hello: I am working on a Professional Paper on this same topic for my
M.Ed. NCSALL did a broad study on this topic led by Dr. John Comings.

project related to the factors that influence persistence in Adult
Literacy Programs in libraries. Also, Dr. Thomas Sticht and Dr. Hal
