Judy,
I am not all that keen on these "instructional " videos which I find
artificial and childish. To me, interesting authentic content, in audio and
transcript form, are the best materials to learn from, with lots of
repetitive listening and a systematic approach to vocabulary learning from
the transcripts . I am looking for something less flashy, just audio and
text content for teachers and learners to use as they want.

just a start. It could be much larger and better. But it
should remain free, free to use, to download and to share with whomever.
As I have said before, the same could be done for Spanish and other
languages, giving the immigrants a chance to give back.
The key is choice. Relevance is key.
