Good morning Subscribers,

First, I would like to express my appreciation to Cyndy for the great  
job she has done as our guest discussion leader this week. I know it  
was hard for her to fit one more task into her busy life. She did it  
very graciously and I, as I am sure all of you do, thank her for  
giving her time and direction to our List the past few days. She  
guided us through a thought-provoking, reaffirming look at PACT Time,  
lending us her experience and knowledge. Thank you, Cyndy.

Secondly, I would like to thank you all for being a part of this  
discussion. Many of you contributed your thoughts, your experiences,  
your resources and your questions. That was very rewarding to see. As  
one of our posters said, "We learn from each other . . .and when one  
learns, we all learn." So, thanks to each of you as well.
