As some on this list know, from my occasional postings, The What To Expect Foundation's *Baby Basics* program is a prenatal health literacy program for underserved families. You may not know that we take our name from the bestselling *What To Expect When You're Expecting* pregnancy and childcare series. What To Expect has just created a 16-page "What To Expect Guide To A Healthy Home" for parents that tells parents how to keep their homes healthy, teach their children to wash their hands, and other tips for keeping families healthier during cold and flu season. Thanks to a grant from Clorox the guide is *FREE.* Though it is not low-literacy it is What To Expect - so some of your moms will recognize it -and the guide has some great health tips.... to order up to 250 copies for your organization you can go to our website and click on the guide's cover and follow the instructions. www.whattoexpect.org Feel free to email me directly if you have any questions. Thanks, -- Lisa Bernstein Executive Director The What To Expect Foundation 144 W. 80th Street New York, NY 10024 212-712-9764 www.whattoexpect.org Providing prenatal health and literacy support so that women in need know what to expect when expecting. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
