Imagine spotting a lavender/pink taxi in your community. Wouldn't that
cause a stir? (Especially if all other taxis are black.)

The taxi wrap is just one example of how the Peterborough, UK city
council is working with local businesses and organisations as part of a
wider campaign to improve literacy levels in the community.

"Good literacy skills are skills for life and anything that encourages
children and young people to take a real interest in reading and writing
should be encouraged."
