Check out Reading Is Fundamental (www.rif.org) and Colorin Colorado (http://www.colorincolorado.org/educators) for literacy activities for young children. In fact, RIF just launched a brand new section of their web site today called Leading to Reading (http://www.rif.org/leadingtoreading/), "a free resource <http://www.rif.org/leadingtoreading> to help parents and childcare providers develop the language skills of their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers." Hopefully, there will be some resources for those working with younger learners before long. Does anyone have a good resource for activities for children under the age of four? Gail J. You may select by age/grade level. This is a resource your parents might be interested in or if you are providing summer activities for children, I think you will enjoy this site as well. Please take a look at http://thinkfinity.com/home.aspx and click on Summer Activities. Enjoy! Gail J. Price Multimedia Specialist National Center for Family Literacy 325 W.
