Hello,
We are conducting a study with participants in our population-based
newborn literacy intervention program. We will be exploring the
connections between parental literacy activities and health problems
prior to school entry. The last cohort of children in our province prior
to province-wide initiation of the program (Read to Me!) is currently 5
years old. In order to test for pre/post Read to Me! effects, we are
undertaking a population based study of this cohort.

We have been looking for a short, valid measure of language
development and/or early reading appropriate for this sample that can be
completed by parents.

We would greatly appreciate any recommendations!

Thank you,
Cyndi
