Hello Mary Alice,
I hate to be a broken record, but it looks like the multimedia
options are not accessible to Mac users. At the least, the Web site
should say clearly that these files are only capable of being used by
PC's and you might indicate what software (if any) a suer needs to
have installed to view them. (Or is there a Mac option that I have
missed?)
