Working with the NYC Dept of Health, Chronic Disease Division's Clinical Systems Improvement, we have just completed an Obesity Detailing Kit. This new kit uses an elaborated model of health literacy to discuss obesity with providers and their patients. It was developed collaboratively using expert, provider and consumer discussion. Is this the kind of material you're requesting? http://home2.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/csi/csi-obesity.shtml Thanks, Chris Christina Zarcadoolas, PhD Health and Environmental Literacy Initiative Associate Clinical Professor Mount Sinai School of Medicine Dept. of Community and Preventive Medicine Box 1057 One Gustave L.
