Charles,

The Hesperian Foundation has a variety of materials and books, some of
which are translated into Swahili. They focus on health care as it is
delivered in the developing world, but it could be useful to your group
because their materials are written in simple language with lots of
pictures and good explanations of basic conditions. Go to this link:

All the other sites I know of didn't have anything in Swahili!
