The Health Resources and Services Administration, HRSA, offers
Unified Health Communication online training with an emphasis on
health literacy, cultural competency and Limited English Proficiency.
As a recent retiree from HRSA and a member of the team that developed
the training, I highly recommend the content. The course offers CEUs
and was a winner of the 2008 first place in the Gold Screen Webinar
awarded by the National association of Government Communicators http://www.nagc.com/Awards/Docs/winnerlisting052108b.pdf
You can log onto the training at:

Let me know if I can help in any other way, Linda
