Hi Everyone,

it was I who posted the request for master's programs in LD--Over the
years there has been a mention here, a mention there, about good
programs, or programs that suited people's needs. I wondered if we
could put together a list of programs that were a good "fit" for
teachers, administrators, and why they were a good "fit."

About the only thing I know more than this, is to send away for
materials and to figure out housing...for my master's, I stayed at home
and went to leslie University right down the street, which was fine for
what I needed--hands on teaching that was intensely practical. By
"practical" I mean programs that were geared to students who had to
negotiate adminstrators, school boards--the world of politics. i was
an elementary teacher then.
