Hello all,

Here is an interesting tidbit from the TRN Disability News, an electronic
publication.

Florida Passes a Universal Electronic IEP Form
Legislation creating a universal IEP form has been passed by the Florida
legislature. A universal electronic IEP form will mean that a student moves
through the school system using the same form with the same questions. This new
form enables comparison of one school to another, one year to another, one
district to another and helps facilitate the management of the expectations of
parents and teachers.

Do any of you know of other states that already have Universal Electronic
IEP Forms? and if so.... How well have they been received by educators,
parents and students?

Have Universal Electronic IEPs followed students into adult education
programs?

If you have experience in this area, please share with us.

Thanks,

Rochelle
