I have been an educator in an under 21 correctional facility in NYS. Last summer I became the education supervisor and I would like to share with my staff any information that is research based about the clientele. Many tend to deny that these young men have learning challenges that MUST be addressed. Educators need to plan, prepare and make assessments that help to bridge the learning gap and LINCS is a diverse community that is trustworthy. The bottomline is I want to be a coachlike adminstrator.
