As an assistive technology practitioner, I have used on-screen keyboards
with some individuals ( there is one included on Windows operating systems under
accessibility). Also an a-z keyboard versus qwerty may work. If speed is not
a factor an Intellikeys keyboard may be beneficial. Finally, I have used word
prediction software to help with word retrieval; Co-Writer Solo is one I
frequently use but there are several on the market. Hope this helps. If you
need or want links to the info email me off the list : _pduffleyrenow at aol.com_
