Hi All

I am a South African teacher living and working in Saudi Arabia. I am 
wanting to take my Specials Needs qualification to the next level and do an 
online Masters.  My problem is that there are many universities in the 
States that offer seemly good programs. I do not know the difference.

Can someone please recommend a university that offers a good online Masters 
Special Needs program.
