Hello all,
I'm a former reading teacher in adult ed, now serving on a committee formed by the Rhode Island Office of Adult Education to make recommendations towards a policy to address the needs of adults with learning disabilities --both ELL and Native English Speakers. This would include best practices, assistive technology, professional development and awareness training, to name just a few.

Does any state (or country) have such a policy and how can we get hold of a copy?
