"Learning Disabilities, Literacy, and Adult Education" by Susan Vogel and Stephen Reder is also a great resource. She has a family member with suspected, yet undiagnosed learning disabilities. She wants more than a few articles and doesn't want to complete online training. She thinks that possibly a career in teaching LD might be ahead for her and wants to begin reading a scholarly text on her own time. Do you have any good recommendations? If those of you that teach at the undergraduate or graduate level can suggest some titles and authors, I will forward this on to her. Recommendations for all others will be gratefully appreciated as well. <http://cdn-cf.aol.com/se/smi/0201e05fcb/01> Thanks, Rochelle Rochelle Kenyon Moderator, LINCS Learning Disabilities Discussion List Center for Literacy Studies at the University of Tennessee RKenyon721 at aol.com To post a message: Learningdisabilities at nifl.gov To subscribe: http://www.nifl.gov/mailman/listinfo/LearningDisabilities To read archived messages: http://www.nifl.gov/linc/discussions/list_archives.html -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
