Check out Marshall Minnesota's ABE website: www.marshalladulteducation.org. Their "Reading Skills for Today's Adults" has short reading selections from 1.0 to 8.0 that adults can print and read or just read online as timed, repeated readings to improve fluency. Also included are good resources for instructors - and all is free, thanks to a grant they received. > >Date: Thu, 23 Aug 2007 18:07:14 -0500 >From: "Mary McAlpine" <msmcalpine at gmail.com> >Subject: [LearningDisabilities 1346] Accessible Educational Materials >To: Learningdisabilities at nifl.gov >Message-ID: > <b2a25a080708231607w548c8ecfj180348b653d680f7 at mail.gmail.com> >Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" > >We have struggled in locating "accessible" electronic educational materials, >games, ebooks for speech impaired persons with developmental disabilities or >significant disabilities interested in learning to read. > >Can you help? > >Thanks, >Mary S.
