Check out Marshall Minnesota's ABE website:
www.marshalladulteducation.org. Their "Reading Skills for Today's
Adults" has short reading selections from 1.0 to 8.0 that adults can
print and read or just read online as timed, repeated readings to
improve fluency. Also included are good resources for instructors -
and all is free, thanks to a grant they received.
