Hello, I am posting the following response on behalf of Idris Muhammad. Rochelle I do not believe it is a civil rights violation to omit screening anyone receiving college Federal Financial Aid, particularly, including those students who have failed in a higher education system. The "receipt of financial aid" is not a protected classification under Federal or state civil rights laws. Respectfully yours, Idris A.
