<div align="left" style="text-align:left;"><font face="Times New Roman" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;color:#000000;">After reading the article on dyslexia in the November issue of the National Center for the Study of Adult Learning and Literacy I come to realize that even adult learners in reading in a domain that is of a special interest to their career. And this doesnít depend on how they have performed in reading as child. This doesnít preclude the fact that the better they read as a child the better is their chance to be a good reader in their adult life. They should always be given an extra time to allow them to decode each word. It will help them use their unimpaired cognitive and linguistic skills to understand their word they can not rapidly decode. Unfortunately dyslexia does not resolve overtime.</font></div>
