York. Volunteer tutors learned O-G and helped adults - or children - who

<P><FONT size=2>Hello,<BR><BR>I and another person are planning to open up a
literacy center. I wanted to ask if we needed to be certified
teachers to start our literacy center. Also, how does one go about
starting one? Where does one get materials, textbooks, etc?
All advice is appreciated.
