The WorkforceUSA January newsletter includes information on "education and 
knowledge creation" clusters, building nonprofit communications capacity, 
adult education and student support services in community colleges, job 
advancement strategies, work supports, and a survey of workers in downtown San 
Diego. It also includes several announcements of upcoming events and one on 
the new USDA food stamp outreach grant.
