What a fascinating project - it resonated with me! I recently got a picture
of myself with a dear friend(who had saved the picture) striding down the
snowy streets of Edmonton, alberta - I can say nothing about the style of my
clothes - nobody looked good wrapped in scarves, boots, long coats, gloves,
etc. - but the energy and confidence and eager look on my face - the way I
confidently strode - even in all those clothes - I don't remember that
confident part of my past - all I remember is depression and feeling
inadequate - the picture tells me my present self was alive and well 40 odd
years ago - what a treat.
Do others of you have pictures of yourself when younger - full of piss and
vinegar?
Cheers
