One step that might work (in the interim?) would be to use the ALE wiki page
devoted to Katrina

While a some point, a more "permanent" site may be useful, the good thing
about the wiki is that everyone can add information to it -without waiting
for a web master/mistress to upload new content.

There may also be other existing sites linked to the current wiki page that
also contain similar opportunities for posting?
