I like the word "ethnicity" because it covers color, race, and anything
in-between.

Besides, I am tired of hearing about things like the "race card." We
haven't had anyone accused of pulling out
the "ethnicity card" yet, have we? It's time for a new trend. : )

I'll go with the first: Class, Color, Gender and Literacy.

It's not perfect--the ethnicity is left out--Class, Color, Gender,
Ethnicity and Literacy? Definitely a Balkanized solution!

I like "color" a lot better than "race" because in this country it is
color of the skin, and "race" is difficult. "Diversity" is usually a
euphemism for "rqce" which actually is a stand-in for color..

Thank you Daphne for taking so much effort with this.
