It would be great if when people reply to posts, they can quickly check the subject line. If the subject line says something like: 
PovertyRaceWomen Digest, Vol , Issue 
it would be great if you can delete the subject line and type in the topic of your post. This way, people can know what you are talking about, and when people search for topics in the archives, they can easily find your post.
