Evelyn,
As Katherine noted, this is not being designed as an on-line program. We
are seeking input from the broader literacy community to gain wider
perspective. Of course, we'd love for you to join us in Richmond!

If you go into the survey it says, "Students will be largely full time,
on-campus and their work should enhance the research of the faculty and
enable them to develop their own research agenda."
