I have seen terrible quality private schools in those
regions and equally miserable government schools. The
thing is to ensure quality and access.

I agree with you on this. It is getting incredibly
hard to win support for education with statutory
donors because everyone believes that education is the
government's responsibility. We look for the
government to take over and manage our schools, so
that our children can have free resources and our
school costs covered. Even that is hard to get.
