When posting, please remember to do the following:

1. Please make sure that the subject line reflects the topic of your post. If it does not, please change it to something that reflects what you are writing about.

2. The focus of this list is diversity as it relates to adult literacy. After you write your post, please read it and think about whether it is related to adult literacy. If it is not, please make the connection and include it in your post. If you cannot make the connection, perhaps the post is not suited for this list. Although many topics of diversity are interesting to discuss, we need to remember the focus of this list, and it is diversity as it relates to adult literacy-not diversity issues in general.
