Hello Everyone:
Thank you to all AALPD members who have participated in the PD Policy vote
thus far! To ensure that everyone has had an opportunity to participate, the
deadline to vote regarding the PD Policy Recommendations has been extended
until 5 p.m. today.
If you are not an AALPD member but you would like to participate, becoming a
member is simple (and free!) Visit:
http://aalpd.org/membership_form.cfm
Then to indicate whether you support AALPD in promoting the PD Policy
Recommendations, visit:
http://aalpd.org/planning/policyvote_dataentry.cfm
(for easy reference, the PD Policies are listed on the online form.)
Tomorrow, the PD Policies will be introduced to State Directors. It is
important that if you have a perspective on the policies one way or the
other(whether you support AALPD in promoting the PD Policies), that you make
your views known now.
Background regarding this initiative can be found by visiting:
http://aalpd.org/advocacy.htm
Thank you for responding to this important AALPD request.
Best,
Jackie Taylor
