Hello Jackie and Don and all ~
I appreciate your introductions and I am glad you are with us on the PD list!
Don, its good to see you again (howve you been?), and Jackie, I am glad
you learned about us. We are a diverse group and I feel confident this list
will continue to enhance connectivity within the PD field. I have a colleague
and friend who once left the adult literacy field entirely for the K-12
classroom, but then gave up the promises of K-12 teaching to return to adult
education/training. I wonder if there are others on the list who have had a
similar experience?
One place for the resource about Mexican education programs could be the ALE
Wiki, in the ESOL Area:

Check it out and see where you think it fits best.
I hope others will join Jackie and Don in offering intro's, as well as sharing
the issues you face in teaching and in adult literacy professional
development. As always, I look forward to learning from the experiences you
all bring to this forum.
Best wishes, Jackie
