leaders, literacy volunteers, paraprofessionals, and others in the field, 
subscribe to NIFL lists to learn more about the field of adult literacy.

If you work in adult literacy PD, how do you help experienced teachers who are 
new to providing professional development, learn more about adult literacy 
professional development?

Maybe you refer them to resources or other recommended readings; if so, I'd 
like to know which ones. Maybe your PD organization has a process to orient or 
induct new PD staff to the field of adult literacy professional development. 
If so, I'd like to hear about how this is done.
