PD List Colleagues:
I have summarized tips from our discussion of "Career Pathways in Adult
Literacy" and added some of my own:

thways_in_Adult_Literacy_Education
(or try: http://tinyurl.com/v7mss)
I also posted the full discussion in the Professional Development Area
of the Adult Literacy Education Wiki:

Will you please skim over the tips and share with me what you think?
I've added some of my own suggestions, so anything "new" is my
perspective. Please let me know whether the tips listed resonates with
your experiences and what we should add or change to improve the list:

I just posted the list of tips to the Poverty, Race, Women, and Literacy
Discussion List in response to a teacher inquiry, so it would be great
if we could continue to build the list so that it becomes as useful a
resource as possible to others. As you know, the issue of career
pathways in our field is key. Thank you for your continued thinking on
this important matter.
Best wishes, Jackie
