Hello All: 
   
  I have found a reference to the What Works Literacy Partnership on the New York City Literacy Partner's website. It mentions a report and gives a link, however the link is dead. An internet search yielded a synopsis of project on the SABES website. 
   
  I would be interested in seeing the complete report that was produced. Does anyone have a copy or know where I might obtain one?
