Several years ago Freedom Writers was the selected title
for the Long Beach Reads One Book project sponsored by
the Long Beach Public Library Foundation. In
collaboration with the project we developed a multimedia
e-book of selected diary entries which is still on line
at:
http://cetl.edtech.csulb.edu/freedom
The voiceover is from some of the students originally
involved in the Freedom Writers project, who were at that
time students on the CSULB campus. Now that the movie has
come out, it may again be of interest.
