[ProfessionalDevelopment 751] AALPD Membership UpdateTaylor, Jackie jataylor at utk.eduMon Jan 15 19:51:15 EST 2007
Hello Everyone! This January, the Association of Adult Literacy Professional Developers (AALPD) invites you to join or renew membership with AALPD. So far, nearly 100 colleagues from 26 states, the District of Columbia, and two countries have joined or renewed membership for 2007. Membership is free, and it only takes a moment to complete the short form. To join or renew membership, please visit: http://www.aalpd.org/membership_form_withvoting.cfm Though you can join or renew membership at any time, we ask that you renew your membership with AALPD each January. This helps us to maintain accurate records of our membership, advocate effectively for professional development, and provide members the best possible services. We hope to establish strong representation from each state, and I've listed the numbers below of those who have joined or renewed thus far (state, district, or country). Upon joining or renewing, you also have the opportunity to vote on the 2007 Slate of Officers, and to become more involved with the organization if you choose. I will post a membership drive announcement in a second email for those of you willing to invite colleagues from your area to join or renew. Thanks so much! Best wishes, Jackie Taylor, Adult Literacy Professional Development List Moderator, jataylor at utk.edu ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Australia (1) New Zealand (1) AR (1) AZ (2) CA (4) CO (1) DC (4) FL (3) GA (1) IL (4) IN (1) KY (1) LA (1) MA (10) ME (2) MI (1) MO (1) NC (1) NJ (9) NH (1) NY (14) NV (1) OH (4) PA (3) TN (6) TX (4) VA (3) WA (2) WI (1) -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
