Dear PD Colleagues:

I appreciate everyone's open and honest feedback - thank you! Keep it
coming.

 

We have only just begun to scratch the surface on important benefits and
considerations with professional development standards, and with broader
issues for our field specifically. Additionally, we need to allow some
time for the authors of the draft and others to respond to questions,
and for us to continue feedback and reflections.

 

Therefore, I am extending this discussion through next Friday, December
7th. I have compiled all posts in the PD Area of the ALE Wiki, and
summarized components as we progress through these important dialogues.

I also want us to not lose this notion of PD advocacy. One of the other
key priorities for AALPD is just that.
