We are fortunate to be staffed with many wonderful volunteer tutors here at the Teton Literacy Program. While we remind potential volunteers to do a self-screening during the tutor training process, ocassionally there are folks who do not make suitable mentors/tutors. If they dismiss outreach jobs (hanging flyers, making phone calls) what is the best way to let them know we are not in need of their particular talents? In a small community, we'd like to as many folks positive about the program as possible.
