VALUE will hold its 4th biannual National Adult Learner Institute in 
Washington, DC on March 8 - 10, 2005.  In addition to leadership workshops 
and networking opportunities, attendees will learn from policy-makers 
themselves what impact the federal government has on adult learners and 
their programs.  Registration is due February 1.
