Yes, yes, yes, yes -- if both of these programs (LearnerWeb and USALearns)
could somehow NOT be part of the perpetuating failure of digital divide
syndrome, it would be an excellent modeling of hope and make headway through
the "invisibility" barriers facing marginalized groups.
